Alma íbúðarfélag hf. announced, on the 25th of August 2022, a conclusion of bond issuance of nominal ISK 3,100,000,000 ISK in the categories AL150424 and AL101227.
The bonds are indexed according to insurance arrangements and will be registered on the main bond market of the Nasdaq Iceland.
Acro Securities did manage the sale of the bonds and will arrange the registration on the Nasdaq market.
