Gunnar is the director of capital markets at ACRO securities. He joined us in 2018 after three years at Fossar Markets, where he played a key role in building up the company. Gunnar started working in the financial sector in 2004 in Kaupthing’s private banking services and has since worked in capital markets with an emphasis on equity sales at Íslandsbanki, Straumur Investment Bank and Fossar Markets. Gunnar holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Reykjavík University and an M.Sc. in Finance and International Business from Aarhus University and is a legally certified securities trader.
